General Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the raffle.
1.2 Members of management committee associated with Port Noarlunga Football Club are not eligible to win prizes.

2. Entry
2.1 Raffle tickets must be purchased in person or through approved online channels.
2.2 Each ticket is valid for one entry in the raffle drawing.
2.3 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

3. Raffle Drawing
3.1 The raffle drawing will be held on [Date] at Port Noarlunga Football Club.
3.2 Any changes to the schedule will be communicated through our social media channels i.e Facebook, Instagram & PNFC website.
3.3 Winning tickets will be drawn randomly and the decision of the raffle organisers is final.

4. Prizes
4.1 The list of prizes and their approximate values will be displayed prior to the drawing. Prizes are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4.3 Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with the prize.

5. Claiming Prizes
5.1 Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the raffle drawing. If a prize is not claimed, it may be forfeited.
5.2 Winners must present the winning ticket and a valid form of identification to claim a prize.
5.3 The Port Noarlunga Football Club reserves the right to require additional verification or documentation to confirm the winner’s identity.

6. Publicity
6.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Port Noarlunga Football Club to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Port Noarlunga Football Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the raffle or use of the prizes.
7.2 The Port Noarlunga Football Club is not liable for any technical failures or issues that may impact the raffle’s operation.

8. Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected during the raffle will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Disputes
9.1 Any disputes arising from the raffle will be governed by the Lotteries Regulations 2021 under the Lotteries Act 2019.
9.2 Participants agree to resolve any disputes through amicable negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be settled through Consumer & Business services.

10. Amendments
10.1 The Port Noarlunga Football Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our social media channels i.e Facebook, Instagram & PNFC website.
