Our 2023 campaign opened up for our Port Noarlunga A grade women in early November

With the additions to the team in the off season and a very strong re commitment from our 2022 playing group, we are seeing a very strong buy in from all our players and coaching group into our program.

Our Program has adapted some new areas which includes technology and support that will continue to allow us to improve as a group.  One of those exciting additions is having Mark Chapman running the skill monitoring and education part of our program in support to our dedicated coaching team for season 2023.

This allows the program to evolve and it shows really positive signs for our program having some junior players also join in on our senior program pre-Christmas.  Following the Christmas and New Years break we will recommence training on January 9th, where we will continue our preparations leading into our pre season trial matches.

I have been very impressed with all of our players and coaches as mentioned before, not just the buy in, but our willingness to get better as a group.
